Sharon Brown and Associates training consultants are well versed in the development of training products comprising online learning software, instructional videos, training manuals and procedure guides. We are currently managing and delivering training services and products in the oil and gas industry, with recent previous experience in delivering training solutions to WA Health.

With more than 15 years professional experience in the Education Sector, many of which were performed at management level, our training consultants are able to develop and deliver training curriculums that span multiple applications and departments across an organisation.
Our training consultants are fully qualiﬁed and equipped to develop and perform training needs assessments. These assessments can be generically applied as an induction programme across business services/roles /applications, or custom developed to address gaps in user groups’ ability to adopt and accurately work with new or enhanced applications.

Training methods assessments (face–to-face/remote, distance learning, train-the-trainer)

Development of classroom-led, one-on-one and remote learning training content

Production of training materials, including manuals, cheat sheets, online help videos and assessment based training using either Articulate™ or Adobe Captivate™.
