To mitigate concerns of knowledge transfer and downtime associated with information handover, Sharon Brown and Associates will establish an engagement management process that dovetails into the monthly performance management and reporting obligations with the Customer Representative. We propose that the format and content of the engagement review will be socialised and approved by the Customer Representative prior to being implemented and maintained between Sharon Brown and Associates (SB&A) and the key personnel associated with the engagement.
